Ask, "What would you like to know?" Then decide whether to tell them or not.

It's just another way of asking, "What are things you might do in your spare time, what's important to you as a person?" For instance, some people have a close knit family and that's the most important thing in the world to them. For some men, they loves anything to do with sports. Professional resumes should be kept to one page and so most people have more important things to put on there other than things like - their love for dogs and going to dog shows, or the fact that they love to go horseback riding in their spare time. Yet, all these things say a great deal about who you are. Some people enjoy nightclubbing - I mean - they are just trying to see if who you are fits the team they want you to be a part of. If you're a family guy applying for a position where it's a bunch of women who nightclub after work - when all you want to do is go home and see your kids - that might not be the best fit for who you are - because they are expecting to build a team where they go out and drink and flirt and have a good time together to build their team mindset. Other teams think differently - it depends on the leadership and the group that already exists and what they are looking for in a person.
