She really makes my blood boil but thank Gosh I don't see her anymore. Jus thinking about her makes me fume. She was always trying to tear me down. Now she is graduating but I didn't want to go through that program. She feels like she is the **** but they do work hard. How do I stop it from getting to me?

If she is competing with you, she probably feels like you are a threat to her (or worth competing against.) That could mean that she's jealous of you or even fearful. You can't let that get to you. Tearing you down is her way of putting up a defensive barrier around herself. Just be yourself and laugh her of. She's not worth your time!

She obviously has low self-esteem; that behavior is a sign of it. When you feel angry just remember that she had problems of her own, ones that she hides when out in public.

we all need something to hate, just pick something else to hate... something you know that will get to your mind and take your thoughts off of her!
gat a hobby, join a sport/ activity, go to skool... do things that make you think really hard on your performance of that thing that you are doing!
you wont get it out of your mind, but at least youll have an outlet...!

She is taking up your brain and your emotions, and she isn't even paying rent.
find something productive to focus on, and think about here as little as possible.
