OK, first make them all have a common denominator.
Do this by multipling the top and bottom of the sevenths by 2, and the top and bottom of the half by 7. (this is the denominator of one times the other)

You get 6/14,-12/14, 2/14, -7/14, and 4/14

So now you can put them in ascending order:
-12/14, -7/14, 2/14, 4/14 and 6/14

Returning them to their original format:
-6/7, -1/2, 1/7, 2/7, and 3/7
