Even if you were a stranger I would care. If you looked like you needed a hug ofcourse i would hug you. I know what it's like to feel down and in pain so if someone needed just a hug i would give it to them. If I knew you i would do the same. I believe that we should all help each other especially when we are in pain.

Whenever I see someone crying or in need of help from anyone, even a stranger, I'm there to help. I've been there and believe in paying it forward over and over. I would stay to talk to you until I knew you were going to be okay.
