ok i think he likes me but now i need to get him to ask me out what do i do he is the tipe of guy thats shy but at the same time he he dose all kinds of little tings like hes all ways looking at me then he will look away when i smile at him lol like he has just got caught !!! he lisons to musick like system of a down and dont like going out side much he love working and he had lots of money but i dont care about all that this is so you will know some stuff about him so you can help me better!!! i have been friends with him for about 17 years ! and he know every thing about me and i know every thing about him but now its ike we want to be more but we r afraid !! my friends say that he is afraid of loseing me if we break ^ so he just wants to stay friends so he will all ways have me in his life !! so i need you help what should i do is it to late for us to see over the friend thing or is their some thing i can do to make him see that it can work? and maybe him think i hoter lol ??help!

Don't pressure him. Be his friend and nothing more. Have a life without him. Make plans so that you're not always available. Guys like a challenge so give him one. Once he sees that you have other friends, he most likely start missing you and will take the first step into asking you to do things together. Keep the door open for other great guys.

As you know by now wrong catagory. However, if you like the guy and he likes you, then you be the first one to ask him out. Young guys are afraid of rejection and just starting out, they don't want to be turned down, they think it will make them look silly. Once they get a little older, then it won't be so bad.
Quit wasting time and just ask, he may be glad you did. If he doesn't want to date you, then you will know it and can go on with your life. good luck to you guys.

This is in the wrong section but I'll answer you anyway. ASK HIM OUT!!! Why wait for him to ask you. Just walk up to him and say, "Hey, want to go see (Name of movie here)?" You have set up the date. I honestly believe that the one who asks should be the one who pays. Then from there he may be more comfortable asking you out. Problem is if you too know each other so well, why would he be so shy around you? Hmmm.. Interesting...

Its easy to turn friendship into love, but not love into friendship.If you guys truly like each other than become more and see wat happeens, but promis from the beginnning that know matter wat happens you guys should ALWAYS b friends. After all its been like that 4 17 years already.
