good question, life could be enjoyable, exciting and pleasurable if we commit ourselves to find this aspects everyday.
Good things as well as bad things will affect us everyday, instead of dwelling on the negative, look for the positive aspects of the occurrence. Whatever you focus and seek you shall find.

have faith in God and you will always have joy. live for Him and love other people and just have a heck of a fun time and don't ever give up no matter how hard it gets.
