How can I naturally gain the ability of ESP?

I am 13, and my grandfather was a Rosicrutian. When he died when i was five, i always found a connection with him. well one day i decited to studdy symbology as a 12 year old, and i discovered he wanted me to become a wiccan or a superior person. the symbols he sent me was a Rose, a pentacle, a pentagram, christ, crosses, and so on. i want to gain the abillity of ESP and mastering how to control energy in this world. can anyone please help me? how can i become what my grandfather wants me to be? i want to be that too. i also feel very attracted to metaphysics. help?

Wierd fact: we were born the same day.

Clairaudience - Intuitive
This is a person who will pick up a thought and hear it. This persons mental or intellectual understanding is very important and they can make good leaders. We all know someone that we would say was a mental person, always having to understand mentally. They carefully think things through. If this person were to become enlightened they would have the ability to become a medium, someone who channels information from entities who have passed over, because their most heightened sensitivity is to hear.

Clairvoyance- Visionary
This is a person who will pick up a thought and see it. This person has the ability to transform a thought into a vision, symbol or in colour by using their mind's eye. If an artist, a decorator, a creative person, someone who mainly uses the right side of their brain were to become enlightened they would have the ability to read auras, our chakras, draw guides and this is how they would channel what they received because the ability to see images is their most heightened sensitivity.

Clairsentience - Prophetic (1)
This is a person who will pick up a thought and just knows it. This person is sensitive to precognition and has hunches, dreams and knowings and this person usually deals with the future or present and how it will affect another. If you were to meet an enlightened Prophetic you would be able to get some information about your 'line of probability', tomorrow is not set in time remember. This could be a person who has a dream about something and that dream turns out to happen in reality. They have the ability of prediction because they 'just know' and can tune into and understand their hunches.

Clairsentience - Feeler (2)
This is a person who will pick up a thought and transform it immediately into a feeling. This persons life can revolve around how it feels to them. Their sense of touch is well-developed and they have the ability to know people by feeling what they feel. After enlightenment, this is someone would have the ability to practice psychometry. The ability to put something belonging to someone in their hand and read the energy. Depending on their other gifts, they could tell the past, present or future from the energy. They have the ability to feel how others feel but only on the emotional level. They will be able to not only empathise but experience their pain, loss, grief etc. For instance, if they were to channel energy from a persons past life they would experience the pain and hurt that that soul experienced in that past lifetime.

Clairgustance - Taste
Clairgustance is being aware of tastes without putting anything physically in the mouth. To perceive the essence of a substance through taste from the spiritual or ethereal realms. The sensation of what one is tasting is often linked to a spirit on the other side.

Claircognizance
The sense of knowing through our brain, even though it is not a physical sense, simply because it has a corresponding metaphysical sense known as claircognizance, or knowing without knowing how you know.

Clairolerance - The Smell
The sense of Smelling different fragrances from Spirits to find that earthly connection, strong odours you can't escape and can't explain a reason for eg: Cooking odours, Perfumes, Perfumes, Cigars or Cigarettes, Flowers, Extra. The characteristic essence linked to a spirit on the other side.

Psychometry
Psychometry is another form of psychic divination using the sense of touch to get mental impression linked to it. Psychometric impressions may come in the form of emotions, sounds, scents, tastes or images. The visions can appear is single flat images, much like a photo, or as animations. As we exist in an electromagnetic energy reality, metal objects often work best.

If you want a good grasp of the meaning of the symbology (is that a word?) of the cross, rose, pentacle, etc. thereis a book called Understanding Aleister Crowley's Thoth Tarot. The first part has a lot of the information you desire. Don't worry about the Crowley name, I have read his stuff and he is a lot more tongue in cheek than people think; so don't think I'm sending you down the left handed path. As far as metaphysics goes "The Secret Teachings of All The Ages by Manly P. Hall is a very thorough book. Sometimes hard to read, it also has a very good history of your Rosicrucians. Read these and you Will Understand It All. Best wishes.

Yoga, meditation, and , above all, learning is very important...Your mind is your tool, so you need to hone it and take care of it...Take up a form of divination, Tarot is usually very good, as the symbolism and discipline that it requires will help you immensely...Think of the deck as a good advisor, or means for your subconscious to speak and get in touch with you...

Dream workings are also a good and easy way to start...Keep a dream journal...When you awake from a dream, grab the journal and write it down, all the details you remember, any associations you have, symbols...You'll find as you go along you'll remember the dreams more, they'll be more vivid, and more meaningful...

I believe that ESP is a gift that everyone has. I have it, but then again I learned to use it at a very young age. I feel that there is no way to harness ESP, it is uncontrolable, however never think twice about things and maybe you'll find you've been using it all your life. If it doesnt work, I'm afraid it may be too late for you to learn to use it.

We all have latent psychic ability, it's just that we've all been indoctrinated into the mundane world and taght to think it's nonsense. If you don't believe something is possible how can you experience it?

I admire you at a young age you have a good sense of what is happening to you and what you believe.

When I was your age I came across this book that my deceased aunt left in a box. The book's name is SILVA METHOD, it taught me how to meditate and focus my thoughts to certain things. In that book the author experimented on ESP and he did succeed with his child.

Actually ESP is a "gift" that I believe we are ALL born with.
You must practice to "revive" it and hone it (start w/cards or pieces of paper) with a color on each, look at them, then flip them upside down in front of you and THINK of which color's on each of them, write your "answers" down, then flip the cards over to see if you've gotten them...keep practicing. You can also use symbols instead....a square, circle, star, heart,...

I don't recommend delving too deeply in Wicca myself. Some practices are NOT what your grandfather meant for you to become involved in. Do STUDY various religions though, THAT'S fascinating.

get your hands on all you can, what ever references your grandfather had personally given to you, referenced, anything..
follow up on it -he has already started you on your path, the other bit is your self discovery. and "self" discovery.
at 13 you sound as if you are mentally much older
so i say you should instinctivly know what you are looking for once you find it
