There are only two fielders who fielded well in the game of cricket.

1. EKNATH SOLKAR;
2. Jonty Rhodes
NOTE: I have seen both of the above mentioned players and to catch like Eknath Solkar is more difficult. Because most of the catches were caught only inches of the ground almost all catches were diving catches very near the batsmen. Very difficult indeed.
Regarding Jonty Rhodes catches were mostly running, catching and this kind of catching is done by most of the team players.

I can't say about century. Because I haven't seen cricket when Bradmen, Sidny Bans, Jim laker, Wilfred Rhodes or even Gary Sobers playing. But I reckon every one would say Jhonty Rhodes. But I like to categorize best fielders I have seen.
Jhonty Rhodes is the best backward point fielder I have seen. Herselle Gibbs , Paul Collingwood and Ricky Ponting are very good at backward point.
Mahela Jayawardena is the best slip fielder I have seen. Jaques kallis, Mathew Hayden, Shane warne and stephen fleming also very good slip fielders.
Brett Lee is the best out fielder I have seen.
