Most definitely Fantasy, with some fiction and historical. Random question? Is there a reason behind this...? :)

Big, long, epic novels. I want history, war, romance, intrigue, and interesting places around the world. I want to be sorry to see the book end. I don't want much do I? Books like The Far Pavilions, Aztec, The Source, Hawaii, Chesapeake, Centennial, London, you get the idea.

I love anything by Stephen King, John Saul, Dean Koontz, and John Grisham. As far as genres go, I like military history, action thrillers, believable science fiction, horror and end-of-the-world thrillers.

I almost always read self-help and improvement books. Like "How to win friends and influence people" and "The Slight Edge". I don't like wasting my time on books if they don't make me better in some way.
