Make sure you completely delete all browsing history, if using the new version of IE, hit tools, then delete browsing history, then hit the "delete all button"... if your not using IE, then its very simular

if you are not allowed to go there don't go there. even if you delete everything people say and/or use special eraser programs... you will be stuck if "they" are using a parental control software. such software doesn't show up as icons and often not even in the processes as anything unusual. With software like that they can see everything you type, screen shots every so many seconds and more.
If some eraser program erases the parental software, they WILL notice and you'll probably be in bigger trouble.
Your best bet? don't go there. Find out the reasons for the rule. maybe you can convince them to change their minds or allow an alternative that is just as good or better.

go to internet explorer and click tool and then internet options and delete everything. for internet explorer 7 click the tool tab on the upper right side and them clicik the delete history. its the first one in the menu, and delete everything.
MSN is just stupid that way

everytime u get offline.. delete the cookies and cache as well as your history.. this should take care of it..if you use mozilla firefox as a browser you can do it simply by pressing control+shift+delete.. if not go into your internet options
