Every time I watch a movie usually I can't sleep at night! It could be the case of insomnia but... Am I sure? It usually lasts three to four weeks but it depends on the movie. Help!

You probably shouldn't watch things that scare you. One thing that might help is to keep books and magazines by your bed. When you get into bed at night, pick up something and read it until you are so tired you can't keep your eyes open. That way you can take your mind off whatever was scaring you.

If this happens you should even be watching the movies.. Or do what I used to do.. watch a scary movie in the morning then a hilarious one at night.
