sure, first i'll need you to roll up 2 towels and lay them down side by side about 1" apart.
Starting from the bottom of your back, lay down on them, centering your spine between them
Is that better?
roll slightly side to side
much better.
(if you have lower back pain, start from the buttock (sitting on the towels then lay back the rest of the way)
