What are the song and movie that if played together synch somehow?

i just saw this reference on Family guy; "we like to play old movies along Hotel California" and i said, yeah I have heard something about that. Anyone else ever hear of it or know what they were referring to?

Start the music RIGHT AT THE POINT where the MGM lion finishes the 3rd roar at the beginning of the movie.

Dark side of the moon by Pink Floyd is suppose to go along with the Wizard of Oz.
