everytime i have my periods there all 7 days or more. i never had a period for less than 7 days. is there somethin wrong w/ me???

no way ever women is different some times mine r 7 days or only 3.
there suppose to be 1-7 days but if you only started your period less than a year it wont be regular it will take some time for it but if their server then maybe talk to your doctor about the pill.

Nope, everyone is different. It is completely normal for your period to last 1 day or 7 days. As long as they happen on a regular schedule, you're normal. Sorry they last so long. That kind of sucks. If you want a shorter period, you might try birth control pills.

Most women have periods of about 7 days. Why would you think there is something wrong with you? Unless you start having very long, heavy periods, you are fine.

No some women are just cursed with long periods.. I have seen them last up to 10 days at times..
You don't say your age... but if you are older, it might be pre-menopause,....if you are young.. you can go on the pill it will help regulate you with only a few days of bleeding and less cramps.. I had to do this with my daughter she was just like you.. Tell the doctor about your problem and if you are not sexually active, they can give you a low dose and it will help you.. PS>> some can help with acne too..
Don't worry though its quite normal...

Nope, I'm the same. But I'm pretty young. It varies with everybody. The people that have those 3 day periods are on the pill. I actually have it for about 5 days, then stop for a day, then have it for a day or two more.

nope most "normal' periods last 5-7 days
all mine lasted 7 days somtimes 7-10 before i had my first child and was on birth control after she was born then they went to 1-3 days 10 yrs later a second child they're back to "normal" 5-7 days

Nothing is probably wrong, but if you are uncomfortable or if the flow is heavy, go to the Dr. and get on the pill to regulate it. They have some pills that can enable you to get your period 4 times a year. See if that is right for you.

not at all. my periods last seven days also. my sister had her period once for two weeks and then didnt get it for two months and it turns out it was normal adjustments. most of the people i know that get long periods are hispanic. are you?
