I'm really intrested in acting, but I'm just not sure how to go about pursuing it.

I just turned 13 and trust me when I say that since u r under 16 it should be fairly easyto get a "gig" so to speak. First go to an acting school so that an agent will see that u have had some instruction, then get an agent, then go to a few really good acting schools which cost a bit of money but not too much, from there u should be able to get a job. To build your acting résumé, start by acting in your school productions. If there is a community theater, in your city, ask your mom or dad to call the theater and ask if they ever produce plays with children your age, in the cast.

your problem sounds like the problem of someone that i know. . . very well. actually, that person is me. auditioning for school plays is a smart way to start off. if you get the lead, keep trying out. after that, take some acting camps at your local theater. then, try to get into one of the plays at the theater. if that goes well, you can probably research auditions for movies coming out online

Wow i would really like to know because im trying to get into acting...its super hard..first you have to have been doing it since you were like 7 so your really good at it. then you have to get an agent. thats the hard part finding one thats decent. research it on the internet and go to support groups or blogs and they will tell you what to look for in agents. then they will get the jobs for you you just have to audition and get the job.
