I am from a small company and in charge of the computers in the office. My knowledge on networking is so-so. I can access to our company outlook express and reply emails from home. Can anyone help?

Use GotomyPC- it will allow you to remotely control your office computer from home, run applications like Word & Outlook, print etc. It's the same as if you were sitting at your desk, just a little slower.

If you have a VPN session running and can map a drive to your company server or computer, you can map a printer. If not, you will need to set up a VPN connection using hardware like a Linksys router with VPN support or pure software. You can also use products like remote desktop, but the application is running on your office PC....

Am i understanding that your Office is NOT in your home? If this is the case, you need to setup a VPN (Virtual Private Network) from your home to your office. However, they are not really easy to setup unless you use 2 VPN Endpoint Routers. Microsofts website will help you to do this, but they do it not based on using endpoints. Endpoints are just easier, but still about a 9 on level of difficulty.

Easiest way is to send an e-mail from the home machine to the office, with the thing to be printed as an attachment.
