It's for additional power to the PCI X 16 slots.

There is additional info on page 16. If you do a search in the manual for pcie, you will find more info on it as well.

The one labled 4 pin cpu power connector is where the power supply gets plugged in

the molex connector is for the PCIE
Plug a plug from the power supply into it
If you dont plug the power supply into it it wont boot up (same with the 4 pin plug over by the cpu)

Heres a link to what plug from the power supply goes into it except it wont have the "p6" printed on it
