since I had never given birth to a child , I can not answer this for I do not know about the pain,,,so the only thing I can recommend is watch Alien Nation (TV Show) The Male Alien guy had given birth on the show. I know it is only TV .
and there was once an episode of the Crosby Show where all the Male Characters were pregnant and had ??????

I really dont know since A man has never given birth before on this planet. So who knows?
But were all human so im sure it would be hard giving birth but they would get through it.
But men arent meant to give birth to begin with anyways, so it would be hard on them.
