your email provider should have like a "mark as spam" or "spam" button you can easily click to .. mark the message as spam. next time something similar finds its way to your inbox, your spam filter should detect it and send it to spam. theres no way to "unsubscribe" from spam. i guess its become a normal but annoying part of life. so just painlessly hit 'spam' everytime you get a mail like that to help keep the incoming spam at bay.
