my dog seems to be enjoying eating lettuce lol

i had a girlfriend that only fed her dog vegan food..it seemed healthy.. i guess it's possible....

Technically they're omnivores, just like humans, and can digest and process plant or animal material. I'm not sure it'd be a healthy thing to put your dog on a purely vegetarian diet but adding vegetables to his standard diet wont hurt him any.

If he likes lettuce then let him have it. It wont do him any harm and the extra vitamins will probably be helpful anyway.

dogs will eat anything, but eating a little bit of lettuce doesnt make him a vegetarian

any time we cut something up one of the dog runs over because he thinks that he needs some veggies too. it's pretty sweet
