I don't understand why you'd want to get rid of them, they are very valuable, get rid of nasty (quiet though) bugs, croaking reminds me of being out in the woods, can be pretty romantic if you look at it in a positive way, kinda like crickets. But that's just me I live in the city and love the outdoors and nature.
Mating season for frogs doesn't take long, they will be done before you know it and there will be dead silence again.

I'm sorry. I live in a suburb and I am rarely able see even a toad. The frogs are probably mating or something. Or maybe all the rain is driving them nuts too! :) After the rain stops they will probably end up leaving. Please don't kill them. I haven't seen a frog in years outside of a park. Buy some earplugs or turn on a fan for white noise. I Hope they go away. You could also call your city park people and see if they have any ideas what brought the critters and if they think the relocation to your neighbor's yard is permanent.

I don't think there is anything you can do, you can't poison them or you will poison the whole pond. Actually some relative had the same problem and hired someone and they then had a poisoned pond. Anyway it isn't your pond so I don't see how you can do anything.
I'd say keep the windows closed and the air on and maybe have one of those sound machines on.
Maybe when the rain subside the frogs will leave. I don't live where there is a lot of frogs so I'm not sure on this.
I am a big frog lover by the way.

The only thing to do is call the owners. However, those frogs will be gone soon.
I love the sound of frogs at night. It helps me sleep. So, just be patient if you can. Buy some ear plugs and then turn a fan on high speed and you won't hear anything.
I sure hope the rain stops for you'll. It has been horrible. My brother lives in Arlington. I totally understand.

"...How Do i get rid of frogs .."
You don't . They are a good thing . They are also the canary in the coal mine . That is, they are very sensitive to pollution & environmental degradation , so their presence is a sign of a good situation . Are they Peepers, & you don't like the sound, or is it that you just don't like the sight of frogs? The "GUNG" of bullfrogs? (Leopard Frogs don't make that much noise , so guessing it's not them.)
If it's the former , then don't worry , you get used to it .It's music to go to sleep by. Except for two years living in the middle of Syracuse, I've lived near them my whole life. The lack of them was disturbing . Either way, just be patient; you might actually learn to like them . ;D

If there are frogs, then there are flies for them to eat, or else they'd go away by themselves. Which would you rather have?

You are on the right track. Get in touch with the owners. Nothing else, legally, you can do since they are on someone elses property. Maybe the realtor can help.
