You are self-mutilating yourself, and there is no way that you can only expect to receive minimal damage to yourself.
Basically, that means that you cannot try to jurt yourself with expected results. You could end up doing much more damage. Also, by breaking your body to get out of something is a poor way to go through life.
Please, heed my warning, as I tried something similar once.
I figured that I could get out of having to take finals by breaking both my thumbs "accidentally" so that I cluld not write, and I would have more time to study. Well, I tried, and I ended up crushing all of my fingers on both hands under a car tire. I had to have my hands amputated, and I received prosthetic hands. They were very expensive and I only wish that I could be typing this to you with my real hands. I am only sixteen and I will have to go through life explaining that I only meant to break my thumbs, but instead live a rather terrible life.
Please, take my advice, do not break your body - it's the only one you've got!!
I hope that I have been of some assistance.
Sincerely,
Young Einstein

I broke my toe 3 years ago and it hurt like hell. You will be FAR better off doing the skit than breaking your toe. Maybe you can get out of doing the skits and maybe you can't. But intentionally injuring yourself is NOT the answer.

Breaking toes isn't going to get you out of something-try your whole leg.
No, no,no, just kidding.
Why don't you just express that you don't want to do it, or fake illness? Because a broken toe probably won't get you out of it, and there is NO WAY to break a toe without pain.
Trust me.
Just forget it.
And by thinking about this, you could easily be taken as crazy.....Ok then....

Okay you are willing to hurt yourself to get out of doing a skit. That doesn't sound very responsible. Is it that bad of a thing to have to do?
Typically most people break toes by accident...jamming them on something.

Kick a dresser or other piece of furniture really hard, that's how my son broke his toe. By accident though. It WILL hurt.
Try to aim for the pinky toe, breaking the big toe REALLY hurts.

So every time people make you do something you don't want to do you're going to break a bone or injure yourself? Don't be a coward, tell them you don't want to do it. Give them the real reason, not an excuse. Not wanting to do it should be good enough reason.
