YES ... oh, DEFINITELY YES!!!!
This is my FIRST Summer as (FINALLY!) an Empty-Nesting Single Retiree ... no kids, no hanger's-on, no toxic people around me ... no one in my pocket or demanding things or whining ... able to go out and about without a CARE in the world when I WANT and WHERE I WANT to go ...
So yes, I AM Enjoying MY Summer so far ... even though it meant that I am at a Sibling's home working VERY Hard renovating cabinets, taking care of chores on the farm and just being busy all the time ... and that is OK with ME!
Hey, the Farm Animals are nicer than some people I've met ... and they are NOT deliberately rude or mean ... they just want to be cared for (That's all!).

Sorta.......some days are boring, others are exciting, some in between. I am going to high school after summer, so I cant wait. I am kinda nervous, and somewhat excited. I hope summer ends in a flash so I can see what lies ahead.

So far my summer is not the best. But nothing terrible has happened so I am thankful for that. Husband seems to be irritated with everything I do, so it's hard to enjoy life sometimes.

actually no i have to study and work-out extensively because i leave next month to the army. all my friends have left to other cities and i have no job because, like i said, i leave next month.
so without any money i cant really go out.
i did have a few good moments though, i went to a few partys with some people i know, i went to an island off the coast of florida and i went to the pool several times. i also spent time with my family at birthdays and going out to the parks and stuff. so im not at the point of depression but im anxious to GET OUT!

Yes, I am. Nothing terribly exciting as of yet, but I am enjoying baseball and the warmer weather.

Yes most defintely. Im going to the lake tomorrow. Taking my kids. I love summer. My favorite season exspecially because i get to sleep in.

Naw, kinda boring right now. But I'm going to stay with my big sister in July so then it'll get interesting. And we're going to New York for the first time!! I can't wait!!

Oh yeah, a blast. Work 5 days a week, waking up at 6am... now if that ain't excitement, I don't know what is.
