Your company has a sick leave policy, or it doesn't. If it doesn't, you will not be paid. If it does, you get only the benefits in their policy. You should have been given a copy of the company policies when you were first hired. Go to your human resources department and ask for it.

There are no laws on giving you sick leave. A company decides for itself what you get.
