Acids are going to be easier.

Both Arrhenius and Bronsted-Lowry defintions will result in Acids having an ionizable Hydrogen ion.

Most of the time, bases will have an ionizable OH- ion

But it is really in how they react.

Acids will donate a proton and bases will recive a proton, in th ereaction.

The substance is an acid or base, not the formula. Let us know, and we will tell you.
