i have lost my drivers license in victoria, australia. can i get my license in another state namely northern territory if i become a resident and drive all over the country

wtf is that answer from the appropriately named cattbarf all about? Take a few less drugs dude!

The short answer is NO - they will check up on you and you can't simply go 'state shopping' to get your license elsewhere (and, of course, the NT is not a state).

You aren't clear about which state you live in. I'm sure you can get a replacement in Victoria, but if you go elsewhere, you will have to start from scratch to get it. Is that worth it?
