Yep, I take GNC Women's Multivitamins, Flaxseed oil, coconut oil, CLA, Evening Primrose oil, and Vitamin B Complex, it's a lot, I know, but it's better than being on meds and I lost 28 pounds!

yep. i take a multivitamin, a C, and a calcium (but the calcium is only about twice a week). i try to eat healthy, but sometimes, you need alittle more help than that...
