There's little that qualifies as news to me here in my neck of the Ozarks. I grew up reading the Washington Star, then the Washington Post. In NASA/ PAFB land I read Florida Today. What could a minuscule weekly local paper possibly report that is relevant to my life? Local gossip about people I don't know doesn't do much for me. Thank goodness for internet access to real news!

Yes, we subscribe to the local paper. It is still my primary source of news and still the best source for local news. And all the good coupons come out on Sunday.

Yes. Me and my Hubby try to read the paper everyday. It's important to know what's going on not only in the city and state, but the world as well.
