No. Social Security was set up by the American government to provide Americans with some financial security in retirement.

Seeing how Social Security is something American taxpayers pay out of each of their paychecks and it's money that is set back for them, then if you are illegal and you don't pay into that you would only be stealing money from Americans who have followed the rules and have paid their dues. They deserve that money, it's their money. If you are a legal non-American and you pay your taxes and you pay Social Security tax then I think you should be entitled to it too.

Well it depends on what you mean if you mean came from another country and took that test to be in the country legally then yes but if They came from a country and didn't take the test then no. Wait a minute don't you get a social security number when your born or is that just in America? Well you got me stumped here .
