The universe votes electronically. Because Miss Universe Pageant luckily runs Microsoft Windows, Earthlings hack the votes and win. I'm not sure why the aliens don't do the same. I guess you have to be hardwired to hack.

wow way to turn a lighthearted question into a rant about Bush... I think i know why earth always wins, because i heard from the neptunians that technically were the only planet with a female gender all other planets reproduce asexually they dont understand the concept of "miss"
