Should I dish out the extra cash for motherboard that supports 45nm tech or buy a better one that doesnt?

I'm looking into building a new PC, buy was wondering if I should buy a motherboard that supports 45nm proc tech, or buy a better motherboard, with better features, that does not support that technology?

It would be a little easier to anser if there was definitive word on whether the new 45nm processors will work on the current motherboards. While the new ones are designed to work with them, it is still destinctly possible that the current motherboards, such as the P965 based ones will support them as well. If it is really a concern to you, then get the ones that you are sure will support 45nm.
