I fell for him in the presidential debates, and i'm think he is a wanderful man. However, i've heard this:

he makes his money seuing people
he is a malpractice attorny
he raised healthcare costs

Being a malpractice attorny is one thing because SOMETIMES that isn't a bad thing. Sometimes people do try to scam you. But is he the typical kind of malpractice attorny that makes problems out of nothing?

There's big debate on whether those malpractice suites actually cause rise in health care costs. And many have shown that insurance companies raise rates regardless of number of lawsuits. I've seen data on one of those TV news shows showing insurance rate going up independently, not linked to number of lawsuits.

There's lot of things to point finger at. You can point at Edwards or other lawyers, but I can tell you others can find other cause for expensive health care.

May be there are evil lawyers out there. But there are also evil insurance companies. And other selfish people out there.

He made millions as a trial attorney and did specialize in medical malpractice -- i.e. suing doctors. He also learned about how to help poor people working for a multi million dollar firm in hedge (money) management. Not sure how he learned about the poor, but he thinks so. He lives is a monstrous mansion (but does not have as many mansions as John Kerry) . He was so unpopular as a Senator in his own state that he took the VP run so he could bow out of the Senate without getting crushed in the general election. And he is so out of touch that he thinks that there is no terror in the world, that WE made it up, and 9-11 never really happened, and if it did, it was our fault. He is out of touch and clueless, now that does not make him too different from the rest of the clowns running on both sides.

no longer that i've got ever been out right here previously, yet i'm going to bypass out on a limb and say the he have been given the place he's on his sturdy looks. His spouse introduced the money to their marriage, no longer him. i'm going to guess he have been given countless breaks in existence by way of his looks(in basic terms a certainty of our society)and that's a puzzling habit to interrupt while he starts getting diverse effects. he would be fortunate to no longer land up in penal complex with that face. it incredibly is while an asset turns right into a felony duty. His ethical financial business enterprise has been broke for a protracted time and we stay sparkling of a brilliant bullet to no longer have him as president.

I don't think he is a scumbag but I do not like how he capitalized on his wife's cancer for sympathy and political donations. He and his wife also bring up at every opportunity their son Wade that was killed in a car accident. He just isn't Presidential to me. He's a nice looking man and maybe a nice man, too. But we need a tough President for what the world is like in 2007 and beyond.

You drank the Kool-aid, and forgot how to spell. The little red lines under a word mean you spelled it wrong! You had a lot of little red lines. You should do more homework, both on Mr. Edwards and on spelling. It sounds like you've been getting your information from Man Coulter (not a terribly reliable or unbiased source).

Seriously, do your own research on ALL of the candidates- don't form your opinions based on 2 minute blurbs you hear on the TV (most likely Fox Noise).

He has used junk science to sue the pants off doctors and hospitals in class action suits. His credit should be the ability to select gullible juries and getting them award big awards. If you are a woman in North Carolina What are your chances of having a child by natural birth? Slim.
PS that smart cookie above give it up Bush cannot run again so you all can stop trying to beat him.
