Konstantine by Something Corporate. Its a song about him cheating on his girlfriend, who forgives him in spite of what he did. The piano and the vocals by Andrew McMahon are absolutely amazing. His emotion in this song is overwhelming and brings tears to my eyes (and I'm sure many other listeners) each time I listen.
