The government should NOT have to pay for this elective surgery. Especially for a murderer!!! That's just ridiculous that he would even file such a lawsuit!!!

This is partly what wrong with America. If hes guilty of murder he should be dead within a week after guilty verdict, at the least he should remain the same sex.

I feel very sorry for her.
Being denied medical treatment just because she is a convicted criminal seems to me inhumane.
I hope she wins her lawsuit.
