Soaking in bleach works well and also sanitizes the board. For very stubborn stains and to remove grooves and nicks try sanding it with a fine grit sand paper. I have three boards they get an annual sanding and they look great.

I would soak it in white vinegar for about 20 minutes and then add a squirt of dish detergent and scrub clean.

We soak ours in bleach every night. I work in a restaurant and ours are several years old and still look new.

As long as your not allergic to bleach,soak it in the sink with some bleach and hot water.then wash with soap and water.

I run mine through the dishwasher.... If you don't have a dishwasher get some dishwasher detergent and scrub it with that..
