Tell the doctor to talk to the lawyer to sue the fitness trainer who will talk to his boss who will complain about it to his manager who will tell the owner of the puppy to clean up after themselves, and they will not listen and the puppy will poop on the uncle's yard, infuriating the friend who will in turn find something in common with the daughter, thus becoming her best friend and therefore, the uncle will want to meet the new friend but the other other friend will become suspicious and talk to the cousin who will constantly talk to the first friend about his/her suspicions, thus annoying first friend.
The first friend will find out that the doctor is the root of the problem, and will get rid of him.
Problem solved.
