At least once a week, but preferably twice so I don't spend an entire Saturday or Sunday washing clothes.

usually 2-3 times a week. A couple loads of sheets and towels, then a couple small loads of clothes. I don't like them to pile up and I like fresh sheets.
And yes, I separate all my grays
