I like Jay-Z's "Beach Chair" and basically every Tupac song ever.

Too hard to narrow it down to just one song, so i will choose a selection of my personal favourites..
Cam'ron: Welcome to New York City - A powerful track featuring Jay-Z, which is mainly effective because of the hook Juelz Santana spits and the awesome production from Just Blaze. Definitely one to play on full blast while cruising in your car.
Mobb Deep: Shook Ones pt 2 - One of the most popular east coast tracks of the 90's. This song introduced me to Mobb Deep, with its chilling lyrics and gritty production.
2Pac: Changes - The best rap artist of all time and arguably the finest song he ever created, with one of the most recitable hooks of all time. Both the meaningful lyrics and mellow production compliment each other perfectly.
They are probably my favourite 3 songs of all time - far too difficult to merely choose one though!

It's hard to narrow it down to just one, but if I have to choose I'd say "Stakes Is High" by De La Soul. Great beat (by the late, great J Dilla) and great lyrics. What more can you ask for?
