What would happen?

Would it all evaporate into thin air because of the atmosphere?

or would it be too much water and go through into space?

If the ocean fell up, I guess we could assume the laws of physics no longer apply so anything might happen...

I dont understand what fell up means. But it could evaporate into space. Just like the oceans that were once on Mars did.

technically if the water fell up and being that our bodies are approx 80% water, so would we. water is a heavy matter, if water fell up, so would a lot of other things. and the law of physics would be obsoulite.

i think weed all fry and experince like x2 times the green house effevt because it will firs contain the heat as in insulator and since its water it will magnify the earth rays
