Is it true?(PBR rumors)?

I heard rumors about PBR destroying your pokemon and turning them into bad eggs if they are legit, but EV trained and have 255 EVs in a stat. Is it true? If so that ruins my hopes for PBR.

I heard that if you hacked them, they will turn into bad eggs. I am reading all the topics in gamefaqs.com about bad eggs and it seems is only turning to be a problem for hacked ones.
I am glad my Arceus didn't turn into a bad egg
