Well Bill Polian seems to build a winner wherever he goes - Buffalo, Carolina, Indianapolis. Not sure how that success measures to all NFL History though.

It would have been Jimmy Johnson if Jerry Jones would have stayed out of his way. This man knows talent better than anyone in the history of the NFL. Remember how many great players he found at Division 2 schools. Jerry Jones screwed himself when he ran Jimmy Johnson off. They had a young dominant team in there prime.
I think Bill Walsh is the most dis loyal man in the history of sports. Neither Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Charles Haley, Tom Rathman, Roger Craig, nor Ronnie Lott retired from the team because of his ego. Who would trade 4 hall of famers. The other 3 could soon be in the Hall. The team had a few good years after he screwed these guys and then fell apart. That Super Bowl he won with Steve Young he could have won with Joe Montana. He thought he was bigger than the team and that is ashamed.

Polian is the best. Although he had never won a Super Bowl before this year, he consistently makes the teams that he works for better.
