I haven't gained that much weight. I was 5'7 130 before pregnancy and have only gained 20 lbs. I only have a few more weeks to go. I know my stomach has definitely gotten bigger, but i'm by no means huge or even really big.

Yes, it get flabby but it's temporary, it should firm up again in a few weeks-months, especially if you are were physically active before and after birth.

There seems to always be "strech skin" but know, you could be a lucky one. At first when baby comes out yes it feels so weird flabby, squshy, ewe... But after that no it should tighten back up for the most part. Just dont over do it trying to firm it up.

Yes, most women do, but for those with the genetic predisposition to have their skin go back to normal, it goes back. But for some, surgery is the only answer. You won't know until the baby is born and you're healed.
