Bad, because thats where many online predators are, and a lot of people end up meeting terrible people. My sister recently experienced something terrible on Myspace - someone got into her account and said bad things to many of her friends, and put up terrible, inappropriate pics. Her account was deleted, and she never went on Myspace again. Also, one student at my school made a Myspace, and pretended to be a teacher - they pretended to chat just like him, had pics up of him, and it ended up in the teacher being terribly hurt, and the student suspended from school. I think if people really need to chat with others online, they sould def use MSN (Windows Live Messenger) (or any other messengers) , which are way better.

I think it can be both good and bad. It depends on what someone is wanting to do with it. Some people get on there just to find friends their own age. But others get on there and lie about who they are and end up hurting someone else. That's not a good thing. I think that people are using sites like myspace and facebook and other networking site to replace face-to-face relationships. That isnt' a good thing.

I love Myspace - I've found so many of my friedns from high school on there and it's nice to be able to keep in touch with them. If you use it for the right reasons, it's okay but if you're just on there to sell yourself (like so many girls are - posting half naked pictures of themselves) - that's not what it's for. That's sick. Myspace has turned into such a big status competition. It's a big contest to see who has the most "friends". It's ridiculous. I don't add anyone if I don't know them.

I think it's a trouble maker BUT if used properly and smartly than it's okay.

the problem is when you get people lying about age and child molesters.

teen girls are very easily talked into things online and sad but true a stupid grade 9 girl from my old high school a few years back (my senior year) ditched class, went to meet this guy, got really beaten and raped. All came back onto the school- huge problem and myspace is now blocked on all school computers in my hometown.

So ya be smart, keep your profile private, etc.

ur right, it depends on wat ur doing on myspace and who u add. as long as ur doing the "right" thing, myspace is a pretty good site. u get to talk to ur friends AND post blogs on ur very own webbie! on the other hand, many people have been using myspace for bad reasons...you've heard the news report. some thirty year old talking to fourteen year old girls? however, i think myspace can be either good or bad (but more good than bad). actually, i dont think MYSPACE is the problem, but that it is the BAD PEOPLE taking advantage of uninformed people that makes the public think the site is bad. but thats just my opinion....sorry i dont think this helps much. but im more in favor than not, i guess.

Myspace is sort of good and bad. In the hands of a responsible person, it can be good. In the nads of an ignorant naive person, it could be deadly. One tip, as your parents and teachers tell you...NEVER GIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION!. And another tip is to keep your profile on private. That means only your buddies which you added as a freind can view. P.S and only add people you know. Good luck and be safe! (-=

I think that it is okay depending on how you use it. If you post something inappropiate on there, then you have to deal with the consquences. I think that it is a great networking opputunity and it can really help businesses. But for little kids to have them and post private information like some of my friends do..then what happens happends. But I think they should better their security and help stop pervs on there.

I think it is good but like you said it depends on what you are doing. Like if your plotting to kill someone thats pretty bad.

There is an eposide of CSI where a place like myspace almost got sued because a girl was willing do to "whatever" if somebody killed her mom on her page and the company didn't delete her page. It was good.

I don't think myspace is either bad or good. It's all about what people do with it. If you are just using it to keep in touch with friends, then that's fine. But, if you use it to spew pornography or harass people, that's not cool.

i think it depends on what your doing on it... like you can have it on private settings... i only like my closest friends and relatives looking at it and it is a nice way to keep in touch by looking at pictures.. so for me it is a yes... my daughter wants one because her friend has one and i said no!! her mom does monitor what she does on it and has it on private setting... i truly think parents need to really monitor what there children are doing on my space though... a lot of teenagers just do what they want on my space and that is how they get in to trouble.. if parents monitored more it would be better!!
I would add Jack Nicklson the actor!! he is awsome!! And Steven Spelberg the director.. He is awsome!!
