I wouldn't assume she is pregnant so quickly, just because she missed a period. Sometimes menstruation can be delayed because of stress or other factors.

Wait a week and if it stil doesn't come then it might be a good idea to test. A tubal ligation is not always 100% protection against pregnancy.

I would say no. The reason why I say no is because she had her tubes tied. Now if she is lying to you about getting them tied them yes I would have her test. But dont get all in a fuss about her missing her period. A lot of factors can be put to that reason for instance: Stress, hormones, making herself think she is pregnant, a UTI, and infection, STD and the list goes on and on. But if it will make you all feel better take a test. The tubal ligation is not 100% effective but it is effective. So take the test and put your guys mind at ease. good luck!

Sure can. Your swimmers could jump the gap or her tubes could fuse back together. There is not 100% way except abstincence.

yes its very possible! its not 100% as any birth control (aside from a hysterectomy) but anyway, look into other factors like stress, etc before you factor in pregnancy. wait a week or so, and try a test if she still hasnt gotten it, and if that comes up negative, wait another week or so and see a doctor if she STILL hasnt seen her period. good luck!!

its deffinatly possible. My moms turbes where tied and she had me plus two miscarages as well. Getting your tubes tied isn't always 100%

Not unless the doctor was negligent (or your girlfriend lied to you about the tube-tying operation in order to get pregnant and trap you).

yes, the tubes can actually fuse back together, though it's rare. Tell her to take a pregnancy test.
