hi i am 25 years old with weight of 100pounds and trying to concieve.i have sometime irregular periods.but no PCOS or something else.just lack of much pysical activity.i want to know some excercise to regulate my periods..can anyone help me?and yes i always ovulute on 9th day after my periods end..

Sorry, there is no exercise to help you conceive. Did you know though that if you are too thin, it can interfere with your fertility? I have no idea how tall you are so please check with your doctor to see if your weight is possibly a barrier to conception. Also, over exercising can lead to infertility. Exercise is good but don't overdo it.

If your periods are irregular, then you do not "always ovulate on the 9th day". Women who ovulate at the same time every month are very regular with their periods. If you have been trying for over a year, it might be time to start fertility testing. If it has not been a year, relax and try not to worry. It takes most couples up to a year to conceive.
