I answered a question about Paris Hilton getting out of jail on Yahoo OMG. I said I was glad Paris was out . She spent some time in jail, had to pay a fine and will be on probation. I have seen others who were on probation or even Parole assalt people and get less jail time and less consequences. I felt she should have to pay but it was over now. A guy (I think It was the guy who used to call himself Major, he has made personal attacks before.) He addressed a comment to me, and said he hoped that I or one of my family was seriously hurt or killed by a drunk driver. I think that was horrible a lot more horrible than me thinking the "Paris" thing should be over. The fact is my son was critically injured in a car accident and has permanent brain damage. No one was drunk. But I know car crash consequences. I don't blame anyone. And I don't feel I deserved his attack. If the person that said that reads this he may be pleased. But I am sorry these sites are used to generate hate. R U?

Shermy...Again you are saying when it happens to ME. You people don't understand I was NOT condoning P.H. I was saying .Now that it's over in the court system it's time to move on. I don't think what happened was fair to you. But would having something bad happen to me or my family somehow make this all more acceptable to you? Just because I have an opinion? I am amazed at the heartlessness in people.

That makes me think of the Dubyah/Dixie Chicks incident. You haven't hurt anyone with what you said. You are entitled to your opinion, and it's up to the justice system to hand out judgment in these cases. Maybe he should be flaming them.

Pathetic.

You know, that was cruel as hell, if I could find him, I would kick his @ss for you, and I'm a chick. He's a sadistic coward. What you said about Hilton doesn't matter. It was just your opinion, you still have that right, it's still America.

I don't know who answered you, but I had one DUI (6 years ago) & no one was hurt and I still had a year of "classes" & community service. People kiss her a** because she's rich & a celebrity. I really don't know how you can feel any sympathy for her. Maybe when it happens to you, you'll understand. (Hopefully no one will be hurt then, either.)

It was a way hateful thing to say. No excuses.

Paris should have had to serve out her sentence, however. I believe she only served about half of the 45 day sentence.
