Well...if the grass was blue and the sky was green then why couldn't the grass be green and the sky be blue? Then why couldn't the Sun be purple, and whatever is purple be yellow, if the sky was green and the grass was blue.

because the sea is not green, so the sky can't reflect a blue ocean and have a green tint, and the chlorophyl in a blade of grass is naturally green if its healthy.
