Unfortunately, Prescott has landed a plum job with the EU as one of our representatives. It is said there is no salary attached but Two Jags will still be wallowing in the gravy boat of expenses and the high life.

Incidentally, he is still occupying a Grace and Favour residence in London at taxpayers expense.

I'm innocent- what's a crab battle? But to answer the question, there'll be plenty of questions to ask in the coming weeks even though Mr. Blair and Mr. Prescott have left centre stage. I see Prescott's already got his snout in the trough - something to do with European Parliament I think.

I think Gordon Brown should now give us the referendum that was promised by his lying predecessor. This would go a long way toward him gaining respect for himself and his party. There has been so many lies and broken promises in the past, he now has an opportunity, a duty and an obligation to the British people, to right the wrong doings of the previous regime.

Brown will be even better than Blair, if that's possible. And Harriet doesn't look at all bad for a 56 year old!
