In a series? The Sox. Are you pitting their best pitchers against each other? I mean a lot of factors play into predictions. If I had to say one based on a one game matchup I guess Boston not knowing who is hurling for them.

I think a lot depends upon where they are playing and who is pitching. I would give the edge to the home team, unless John Maine is pitching - he has been quite impressive.
The Mets had a real rough road trip, and all the teams they played were in the playoffs last year - but of late they seem to be doing better at home.
