two main effects.
first the fire itself creates sound. assuming we're not talking about a candle, but rather a large inconsistent burn pattern, there will be sound from the fire itself. do you want a description of the various process inside the fire that create sound?
As for sound from outside of the fire, the fire heats the air which affects the speed of sound. approx speed of sound is 331 + .6 x temp in C. so the perceived frequency changes. it's similar but less than the perception of sound in water. (speed of sound in water is about 1500 m/s which would require 1950 deg C in the above formula...)

when u r away from it u sound normal but if u touch fire ur voice goes higher like aaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGG thus growing louder. so heat makesu sound very loud
